The new version of the stock take for the Veeqo Scanner is released. This has improved UI and also fixes a number of bugs. If you have multiple products/variants in the same bin location you can now switch scanning between items.

When on the order shipping screen some product names can be too long to fit inside the table. If you have large product names you can now hover your mouse over the product title to view the full product name

When shipping with DHL you can now create a single shipment with more than 2 parcels on single order shipping. Just fill out the details of your first package then hit the + icon below to add a new parcel.

Line Item Notes/Additional Options are included on the CSV export of orders. The field is labeled additional_options

Aftership tracking has had issues showing shipping details for Royal Mail & ParcelForce. For orders shipped by these couriers the tracking information shown in Veeqo and emails sent to the customer will be tracked directly from the couriers tracking service.

When returning items for a shipped order an error is shown if you are attempting to return a quantity more than was originally ordered by the customer.

It’s now possible to include the kit contents on Veeqo’s email templates. We include:

• product_title
• sellable_title
• product_description
• quantity

Just copy and paste the below onto your email template:

Sellers can list the exact same item on Amazon under different conditions e.g. New or Refurbished. Veeqo will now bring in a different listing for each condition.

For any users that have a default warehouse chosen the following filters will automatically show orders relating to that warehouse only:

Waiting For Payment

Ready To Ship

Shipped

Cancelled

You can select to include additional warehouses in the orders filter. But when you switch to another filter (e.g. Ready To Shipped to Waiting For Stock) then it will switch back to your default warehouse.

If a Customer Note or Employee Note has been entered on the order these will now be visible on the order export. You will find them in the following columns:

notes - contains the Employee Notes

customer_notes - contains the customers notes
