Over the last 30 days, we have seen a huge increase in the volume being processed through Veeqo, similar to what we see at Christmas peak, but every day.

Performance for some clients (high volume of products kits especially) has been slower, so we are working on improvements.

• Order search - upgraded our Elastic search instance for faster search
• Creating shipments - separate shipment server so they process much faster (not all clients have been moved across yet as we do them in groups to ensure it works ok)
• Page loading - Through database fine-tuning and better caching we have improved response time for when loading pages.

Things we are working on still:

• Product search speed
• Purchase order page load speed

Brand new report so you can see every stock change in date order, filtered how you want.

Common use cases

• See manual stock adjustments made by your team.
• Stock changes for a specific product category (using tags).
• Investigate a single team member stock changes.
• Stock changed when you imported a products CSV file.

Veeqo integration with Amazon Netherlands is now in BETA. To enable it, log into your account and go to Settings > Stores and create a new Amazon sales channel.

This is currently in BETA so any issues please let the Veeqo team know!

An issued occurred when creating an Order Rule with MyHermes, where users were unable to select next day collection or drop off services.

This issue has now been fixed and all available MyHermes services can be selected when creating an Order Rule.

Veeqo retailers using the new orders page can now print order without having to select any. The current filter applied will determine which orders to print, meaning you can print over 100 orders at a time.

Simply filter your orders, select the action button and print. This will print every order, not just the orders on your current page.

This also means the Action button will be visible at all times, and the New Orders button has moved to the right-hand side of the search bar!

When updating the shipping service section of an existing shipping rule, an issue occurred when trying to save the shipping service changes.

This has been fixed and you can now change and update shipping services in any existing shipping rules.

An issue occurred when return shipments were not set to DAP by default. DAP means the returning item will not get charged duty.

This has now been fixed an all international shipments being returned are automatically set to DAP.

The inventory forecast now has a default supplier option.

When you filter by a specific supplier this option will mean we only show products where this is the default supplier

Next day delivery service is now available for your MyHermes account. Ship with the rates you have agreed with MyHermes!

When a new product is created in one of your stores, Veeqo will try to match it to an existing product via name or SKU.

If a matching product isn’t found, a new product is created and its stock is now pulled in to Veeqo.

To enable this you will need to:

1. Select your store in Veeqo
2. Tick show advanced settings
3. Turn on - 'Search for existing products in Veeqo which have the same SKU code and link them?'
4. Turn on - 'If Veeqo can not find a matching product, then a new product will be created’

Any new products that cannot be matched will then be created in Veeqo, and the product’s stock will be pulled in.
