US, UK - Orders Export

Say goodbye to piecing together multiple exports or missing critical data. We have upgraded Veeqo's ‘Orders Export’ to give you comprehensive access to all your order information in a single file—exactly what you need for financial reconciliation, business reporting, and connecting with external systems.

What you can do with this

  • Accurately view tracking IDs and item quantities for split shipments - see exactly which items were shipped with each tracking number
  • Access shipping costs and delivery status for complete fulfillment visibility
  • Export package details including weights, dimensions, and types
  • Include operational data like ship-from locations, bin locations, and ship-by dates
  • See all data fields even if they're not visible in your current Orders Page view

Getting started

  1. Navigate to your Orders Page in Veeqo
  2. Select the orders you want to export (or choose all)
  3. Click "Export" and select "CSV"
  4.  Your comprehensive export will download automatically

US - Connect multiple UPS and FedEx accounts

You can now connect more than one of your own UPS and FedEx accounts in Veeqo. Using this feature you can toggle and compare rates between your own linked carrier accounts and choose the most cost-effective shipping option for each order and location.

What's New

  • Connect multiple UPS or FedEx accounts in Shipping settings
  • Toggle between connected accounts in the rate card for each shipment
  • Enable "Show all accounts" in the rate card to see rates for connected accounts side by side
  • Set up rules to automatically select the preferred account based on warehouse location or other criteria

Getting Started

  • Go to Shipping settings
  • Select "Add Carrier Account"
  • Follow the prompts to connect additional UPS or FedEx accounts

US - We now support the shipping of dangerous goods

Shipping carriers have specific guidelines on how to handle shipments containing hazardous materials. Veeqo now supports dangerous goods selection for USPS Ground Advantage shipments within the domestic US.

With this feature:

  • You can mark a product in a shipment as containing dangerous goods, using the “Item” card in the Orders page, or on the Shipping card in Inventory
  • Future shipments containing the product will automatically be marked as containing dangerous goods.
  • You’ll see eligible USPS Ground Advantage rates for shipments containing dangerous goods and can purchase and print a USPS Ground Advantage label with Hazmat indicated

US & UK - New order view column: Tracking status

We've added a new customizable "Tracking Status" column to Order Views for US and UK sellers. This highly requested feature provides better shipment visibility and tracking management.

New Features:

  • Customizable Column Display: Add or remove the Tracking Status column through 'Table Management' button
  • At-a-Glance Delivery Status: View high-level shipment states including 'In-Transit', 'Delivered' and more
  • Enhanced Tracking Management: Clickable tracking ID links for detailed carrier information with one-click copy-to-clipboard functionality for tracking numbers

How to Access:

  1. Navigate to Order Views
  2. Click Table Management button 
  3. Add "Tracking Status" column to your preferred view

US🇺🇸 - Hide carriers and services from your rate card

Only want to see the relevant shipping options for your business? Now you can! This new feature allows you to hide certain carriers and services, reducing the options visible in the rate shopping card. This streamlined view applies to all users on your account, helping your team focus on the shipping choices that are most relevant.

To try it our go to the Shipping Carrier settings page. Next, go to Settings for a carrier, and pick which services to show or hide for that carrier.

When you next go to the Orders page, and click the Shipping Rates card for an order, you’ll only see the ones you’ve chosen to show.

The settings apply to all users in a company, and can be changed by users with the “Shipping settings” permission.

US 🇺🇸 - Update to how you save package weights and dimensions

We've updated how you save and use package weights and dimensions for your shipments. Here's what's new:

  1. In the packages card, you'll now see a checkbox labeled "Save for similar shipments". This replaces the previous dropdown button.
  2. The "Save for similar shipments" option is turned on by default. This means we'll automatically use the same package, weight, and dimensions for future orders containing identical items.
  3. If you prefer to use package details only for the current order, simply uncheck the box.
  4. We'll remember your setting choice for each user account, so you don't need to adjust it every time.

This update gives you more control over how package information is applied across your orders, streamlining your shipping process.

You can now add the delivery cost paid by your buyer to the orders table. To make it visible, simply click the 'table management' icon above the orders table, search for 'delivery cost' and drag it to the left.

US 🇺🇸 & UK 🇬🇧 - New fields added to shipping report

We’ve added a few new fields to the Shipping Report Export:

  • Tracking Status: The carrier delivery status of the shipment
  • User: The login email of the user who created the shipment
  • Insurance Declared Value: The amount of insurance declared for the shipment (if you added additional insurance)
  • Label URL: A URL to the PDF of the label (Note: To open the label you need to be logged in as the same user who created it)

US 🇺🇸 - Purchase labels up to 7 days in advance

When an order comes in, you can now choose which day you’d like to ship it, up to 7 days in advance.

With this feature you can:

  • Change the shipping date for each shipment individually or in bulk
  • Filter by ship date on the orders table and create different views based on the date
  • Automatically set the ship date with cut off days and times for each warehouse in Locations settings
  • Choose if a channel gets notified of a shipment/notification emails get sent or rules trigger either when the label gets created or at a specific time on the ship date in Marketplace and Ecommerce Integrations settings
  • Benefit from Claims Protected and OTDR Protected shipments, as long as the future date you select still meets the promised delivery date

US 🇺🇸 - Split packages by weight

We're pleased to announce a new time-saving feature that allows you to quickly split packages by a maximum weight. This is particularly useful if you're looking to optimize package weights and get the best shipping rates.

The Split Packages by Weight feature will create as many packages as needed, but it prioritizes filling existing packages up to the max weight before creating new ones. This helps ensure you're maximizing the capacity of each package.

Additionally, this update enhances our Quick Split actions to now split up single line items with multiple quantities into separate line items. This further optimizes package contents to drive down your shipping costs.
