US 🇺🇸 - Track how much Veeqo Credits are saving you

We're excited to announce a new feature that provides enhanced transparency for your Veeqo Credits. You can now export a detailed report showcasing all the Veeqo Credits you've earned within a specified time period. This report helps you with accounting, shipping cost calculations, and serves as a source of truth for payment reconciliation and auditing purposes.

To access this report, navigate to https://app.veeqo.com/billing and download your Veeqo Credits report. The report will display shipping method, shipping cost, and Veeqo Credits earned for each label purchase.

US 🇺🇸 - Bulk shipping has just got even faster!

We've made it faster to buy and print labels in bulk by moving from two clicks (one click to buy and another click to print), to a single click to buy and print. You can carry on with other tasks while the labels are processed and you'll get a notification in the print queue when they're done. If any labels are unsuccessful just click the notification in the print queue to see the details.

US 🇺🇸 - Smart order routing

Fulfill orders from the location nearest to your customer to deliver products faster and reduce shipping costs. Veeqo will calculate the shortest distance between a delivery address and your locations with available inventory and then instantly allocate inventory to the customer.

The feature also ensures that, before it allocates a location, there is stock available at that warehouse or distribution center so fulfillment is seamless.

Shipping report

You can now see a summary of the count and cost of labels purchased through each shipping carrier at a glance in the Shipping Report.

Using the Shipping Report you can:

Set the time period (up to 30 days) and see the count and cost of shipments for the period
See a summary of shipments for each Buy Shipping carrier (Amazon Shipping, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as shipments marked as shipped outside Veeqo (including orders shipped through Amazon FBA)
See shipments for both Amazon and Linked account carriers (Note: the cost for linked account carriers is estimated and might differ from the final cost charged by the carrier)
Export a summary to CSV

View report

If you need a more detailed view of shipments purchased through Veeqo you can use the Transactions Report.

Multiple orders from the same customer? Merge them in a flash!

Veeqo now helps you save time and money by highlighting any orders from the same customer that could be merged into a single shipment. It's simple to do, select the two orders you'd like to merge and select 'merge orders'. We'll then combine them into a single order for you to ship.

You are now able to add line item notes and customer notes to the invoice. These notes can help pickers pick the correct product variant and customize the product based on the customer request. This can be added to the invoice by visiting Settings > Printing Templates > Invoice and turning on the toggle for ‘Item notes’ and/or ‘Customer notes’.

US 🇺🇸 & UK 🇬🇧 - Print the Integrated Packing Slip with Shipping Label in Landscape Orientation

You now have the option to select landscape orientation for your integrated packing slips. To print this template in landscape, visit Settings > Printing Templates > Integrated Packing Slip with Shipping Label and select ‘Landscape’ in the dropdown under ‘Orientation’.

US 🇺🇸 - Shipping Label Template Improvements

We've released two improvements to our shipping label template!

1. You are now able to print the order number onto the shipping label for your USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL labels. This can be added to your shipping template by visiting Settings > Printing Templates > Shipping Label and selecting ‘Order #’ from the dropdown of one of the custom messages.

2. We have increased SKU font size to 14px for enhanced readability.
