DHL Express Electronic Trade Documents is now enabled so you can transmit your customs documentation electronically. Avoid delays at customs and ensure the timely delivery of international shipments.

Get all of the information you need when exporting your orders as a CSV, with the order due dates and tags now included in order exports.

These will appear as the last 2 columns in the export.

An issue occurred with some Pre-Printed DHL Return Labels and collection timing. This has now been fixed, collection requests can only be triggered via customer logging into the DHL website.

Veeqo now offers UPS direct delivery option, for all single shipments. Guaranteeing your high-value orders will only be delivered directly to your customer, and not left with a neighbour or in a safe space.

An issue occurred where the Country field on Royal Mail shipping label was not visible, due to some shipping addresses being too long.

This issue has now been resolved.

You can now view Deleted shipments in your order history. The information will include:

• Date and time deleted
• Who deleted the shipment
• The shipping carrier
