An issued occurred when creating an Order Rule with MyHermes, where users were unable to select next day collection or drop off services.
This issue has now been fixed and all available MyHermes services can be selected when creating an Order Rule.
Veeqo retailers using the new orders page can now print order without having to select any. The current filter applied will determine which orders to print, meaning you can print over 100 orders at a time.
Simply filter your orders, select the action button and print. This will print every order, not just the orders on your current page.
This also means the Action button will be visible at all times, and the New Orders button has moved to the right-hand side of the search bar!
When updating the shipping service section of an existing shipping rule, an issue occurred when trying to save the shipping service changes.
This has been fixed and you can now change and update shipping services in any existing shipping rules.
An issue occurred when return shipments were not set to DAP by default. DAP means the returning item will not get charged duty.
This has now been fixed an all international shipments being returned are automatically set to DAP.
The inventory forecast now has a default supplier option.
When you filter by a specific supplier this option will mean we only show products where this is the default supplier
Next day delivery service is now available for your MyHermes account. Ship with the rates you have agreed with MyHermes!
When a new product is created in one of your stores, Veeqo will try to match it to an existing product via name or SKU.
If a matching product isn’t found, a new product is created and its stock is now pulled in to Veeqo.
To enable this you will need to:
Any new products that cannot be matched will then be created in Veeqo, and the product’s stock will be pulled in.
