Ship multiple orders in one go with our Discounted UPS Account. This can make processing your orders much faster when you have multiple orders that are to be dispatched with the same UPS service.

To bulk ship your orders with UPS first filter all the orders that are to be shipped with the same UPS Service. Select them and hit Actions>Ship. You can then choose UPS from the list of carriers and select your service.

As we get closer to being able to roll out the new Saved Packages feature to more users we have made some minor improvements:

• After editing package dimensions or switching to a carriers own packaging you can easily reset this to show the total product dimensions. Just simply choose the option Based on product dimensions
• The Shipping Preferences section can now be minimised so that you can more easily see the different rates from your carriers.

With Saved Packaged you don’t have to enter the dimensions every time you ship an order with your custom boxes. When shipping an individual order just hit Save Custom Package once you have entered the dimensions of the box.

In some cases the customer can enter their house number in the 2nd line of the address. When shipping to Germany with DHL DE this can cause the house number to be excluded from the shipping label address.

The house number in these instances are now formatted to appear correctly in the first line of the address.

For some users the following two new Royal Mail services were not displaying in Veeqo as shipping options when attempting to ship orders:

• PPF - Flat rate for Parcels
• PKO - Flat rate for Large Letters

If these services have been added to your Royal Mail account you can now start to use them when shipping your orders in Veeqo.

When shipping with USPS to US Territories such as Puerto Rico they should be treated as Domestic shipments and not international.

In the returns report, you can now export the summary return data shown in the report into a spreadsheet (CSV format).

New columns in sales report

• Average order value Gross sales / order qty
• Order qty Number of orders in that period

New columns in CSV export of order history

• Gross Profit (Money value)
• Gross Profit (% value)
• Marketplace fees (if any)
• Cost price (of a single item)
• Cost of goods sold (cost price of all total items on a row)
