Amazon orders "Dispatch By" date now in Veeqo

For a better fulfillment process of orders, starting Friday April 15th Veeqo will import "Dispatch By" date for your available Amazon orders.

Due date will be available on your order screen as below. 

Ship on time with Veeqo!

Brand New Redesign

What’s changed? The new interface will make it much easier for you to use Veeqo and will affect how pages within Veeqo will look. But don’t fear, it’s still the same Veeqo you know and love and you’ll still be able to use the platform in the same way you currently do.

We will also be upgrading some of the functionality for the following features:
  • Orders view - Save & share sets of filters with teammates!
  • Orders search - New filters!
  • Printing invoices - Print unlimited documents! 
  • Bulk shipping - Bulk ship up to 500 orders at a time!
  • Easier to use reports - A fresh new design to make it easier to drill into the important data

Upcoming changes to Shopify customer notes importing to Veeqo

Please note that on Tuesday March 23rd Veeqo will perform changes to the way we import order customer notes from Shopify:

  • Customer notes from Shopify will be pulled to Veeqo customer notes, instead of old way where it would appear in internal notes in Veeqo. 

Please adjust your usual workflow according above changes.

Unable To Create New Manual Orders

For some users that signed up to the Free Trial from the Shopify App Store they were unable to save new direct orders in Veeqo. This was a result of some minor changes that were required to make it easier to setup Veeqo directly from the Shopify App Store.

If you have a Veeqo account that was created by the Shopify App Store you will now be able to create your new direct orders.

Support of Amazon Sweden

Our integration with Amazon Sweden is going into Open Beta.

To enable it, log into Veeqo app and go to Settings > Stores and create a new Amazon sales channel.

You will see Sweden in the Marketplace List.

Automatically Close Actions Menu

After performing an action on a set of orders the menu would not automatically close. This resulted in an unnecessary click every time you wanted to work on your next set of orders.


This is no longer required as the menu will automatically hide once you have performed an action such as Print, Ship, Export etc

Duplicate Products On Paperless Picking

When Picking without paper some items would be duplicated. This lead to some items needing to be put away by the packer as the additional items should not have been picked.

Re-Shipping Without Any Items

With the Re-Ship feature you can quickly set how many of each items you need to re-ship to a customer. The feature made it possible to create a re-shipment without any items. This caused some orders to stay in Ready To Ship and would need a member of the support team to remove the allocation.

Now an error is shown to prevent these accidental re-shipments being made
