If an orders has been placed on eBay but hasn’t been paid it will now pull into Veeqo under the filter “Payment Required”. The order will automatically go into “Ready To Ship” once the payment has been confirmed by eBay.

If an unpaid order downloads from eBay the order will get sent to FBA once payment has been confirmed and “Auto FBA” is switched on.

There was an issue where the address line 2 is being merged to address line 1 on DPD and DPD Local shipping label. This now been fixed and will display correctly on the shipping label.

We have now introduced an automatic Direct Debit system for customers who use the discounted shipping rate through ParcelBright. Customers can enroll to this scheme and switches to a credit account on the ParcelBright top-up page.

Previously there was an issue when purchasing more than £2500 insurance cover on DPD and DPD Local shipment, this has now been resolved and customers who have their own account can purchase insurance cover level up to £5000.

If the product was a variant the SKU would be shown in the Product Title column of the Products Report. This has now been removed to make it easier to see the variant title in this column.

When a listing becomes unavailable on WooCommerce or Magento the listing will become Inactive in Veeqo too.

Each store will now show a timeline of Product & Order syncing. Here you’ll be able to check for any errors when Veeqo’s attempted to download from your store.

To take a look head to Settings>Stores and click onto one of your active stores.

You can sort the warehouses into their preferred order. When they click on to a Product the warehouse list will be shown in newly chosen ranking.

Exporting orders to CSV now uses the order filters. Select the status and the filters you want to export.
