Inventory Filter For Orders

To help give you more flexibility on the types of orders you want to pick, pack and ship you're now able to filter orders based on their Inventory status.

You can filter by:

  • Not committed - None of the items in the order have stock assigned to them.
  • Partially committed - Some items in the order have stock assigned.
  • Committed - All items have stock assigned.

Import Wholesale/B2B Orders By CSV

If you have a large number of wholesale orders to add in one go it can be quicker to import them by CSV.  Automatically assign the correct price when importing by using Price Lists instead of having to manually input the individual prices each time.

Advance Order Tag Filter

The order tag filter showed orders which contained any of your selected order tags. But sometimes you need more flexibility when filtering orders with tags We've now introduced the Advanced Order Tag Filter, which adds more flexibility to help you prioritise your orders more easily.

Choose between:

  • Any of - Orders that have at least one of the selected tags will be included
  • All of - Orders must contain all of the tags you've selected or they won't be shown
  • None of - Only orders that don't have any of your selected tags will be included

Not only can you control the logic of the tag filter but you can get really smart and create groups by using the AND, OR section. For example you could create a filter that showed you all orders that contained all orders with a Fedex tag but exclude orders that have a Fraud tag.

If you regularly use the same filters you can save time by creating a view to quickly bring it up next time. For more information on filters check out This Guide.

Changes To Mobile Picking

We're working on some cool new improvements to picking on Android and iOS. On Android you'll soon you'll be able to:

  • create paperless pick lists on the web browser and send them to a specific picker on mobile
  • Pick by most efficient, oldest order or newest order first
  • Pick shipped orders

iOS improvements will come a little later

In order to build the above features we've had to make some core changes to picking in Android. Most of these changes aren't visible, however there's some cosmetic changes you'll be able to see:

Selecting Orders To Pick

Picking was the most popular action on the Orders page. So we've moved the Create Order button into the extended menu in the top right corner of the Orders page

and replaced it with the Pick Orders button to make it quicker to start picking.

Choose Manually select orders to pick and you'll see the list of orders. By default you'll see all your Unpicked and Ready To Ship orders. Select from this list which orders you'd like to begin picking and hit Pick.

Card/List View

After selecting orders to pick on the Android device you can toggle between List or Card view when picking.

List View's useful if you haven't setup shelf locations or your products aren't organised in your warehouse by SKU or Title. In List View you can pick the products in your pick list in any order you like.

Card View is recommend once you've got shelf locations setup in Veeqo. Veeqo will automatically organise the products so you can pick them in the most efficient way.

Filtering Lots Of Mergable Orders

When using the Mergable filter to identify which orders can be packaged together some orders wouldn't be grouped next to each other. This issue occurred when trying to apply the Mergable filter on a view that has lots of orders in it.

We've improved the performance of this filter so that it can now be used on Views that contain up to X orders. If your current view contains more than 10,000 orders we recommend adding other filters such as Country to reduce the amount of orders.

For more information on how to use the Mergable filter check out the helpguide.

Scan Bundle Items or Bundle Contents When Packing

If you have bundle/kit products you can now scan the barcodes saved on the kit product or the contents when packing your orders. Previously you could only scan the bundle barcode instead of the individual items.

This will help reduce mistakes when packing bundle items so that the correct products are sent to the customer.

To turn on the Scan To Pack feature for all your users head to Settings>General and enable the option Force users to confirm products before allowing to ship.

For more information check out the Scan To Pack guide.
