Magento Bundles are “build your own” customisable products. Orders that contain these types of items can now be pulled into Veeqo with the bundles price if:

1. On Magento the bundle pricing option is set to Fixed and the bundle has a price.
2. If you are using Dynamic bundle pricing on Magento then the bundle price will need to be less than or equal to the total of the bundle components if the customer was to purchase the items individually.

When extremely large Stock CSV imports are uploaded into Veeqo at the same time it can cause a delay to update stock on Shopify.

These large CSV imports are now diverted to their own queue to prevent stock updates being delayed for other stores.

After adding a new eBay store all listings would need to be downloaded before orders were attempted to be synced. Most users have lots of old inactive eBay listings and it would take a long time to download all the listings.

Active eBay listings are pulled in first and inactive listings download separately. This means that Veeqo can begin pulling down orders from your eBay store while the historic orders and inactive listings are pulled down as well.

If you not longer need a certain queues on the Picking Dashboard these can be removed completely by hitting the trash can icon.

To create a new queue head to Dashboard>Picking Dashboard

Some order export and printing notifications would not be cleared from the notifications dropdown after being marked as read. This would make it hard to keep track of which items have already been exporting/printed

Some Amazon orders were not displaying a State field in the shipping address. This would cause issues when attempting to ship and order and calculate a tax rate.

When cancelling or archiving a BigCommerce order on the store itself this will update the Veeqo order to cancelled.

To add a new BigCommerce store to Veeqo head to Settings>Stores and click + New Store

When creating a refund on Not On The High Street the order would not cancel in Veeqo. This resulted in the order staying in Shipped.

To add your Not On The High Street store head to Settings>Stores and click + New Store

After creating an Amazon Shipping rule if the service was unavailable with the selected option no other alternative Amazon Shipping services would be shown.

If the service options selected in the rule are not available other services will still be shown.

When shipping an order and adding a Declared Value for insurance it is easy to accidentally enter a letter or symbol. This would result in the shipping failing and it could be hard to work out why the order wouldn’t ship.

Only numbers will be accepted when entering into this field.
