It can be confusing for customers who place an order on a non-Amazon marketplace to receive it in Amazon branded packaging or an Amazon branded vehicle.

Veeqo now lets you request brand neutral packaging and non- Amazon logistics from Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). For marketplaces that don't allow Amazon branded packaging and delivery, such as Walmart, we'll automatically choose this option for you. For all other marketplaces you can change this setting in Settings > Stores, or when sending an order through MCF. Note: Amazon MCF adds a a 5% additional charge for using this option.

Click on the printer icon in the top navigation bar to see packing slips, invoices, and pick lists you've printed in the past 72 hours. 

If documents will take more than a few seconds to get ready, we'll notify you so you don't have to keep checking the notifications bell.

For Amazon orders that contain books, DVDs, CDs or games disks you’re now able to benefit from the less expensive USPS services specifically designed for shipping these types of products. Both USPS Media Mail and USPS Bound Printed Media rates will be available to select for any eligible Amazon order.

Split an order into several packages to send part now and part later, fulfil from different warehouses or use separate packaging for different parts of an order. To get started tap the drop down button on a multi line order and select "Manage split packages".

Print product SKU and quantity on USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL labels to pick your orders faster. Enable this option in your shipping label printing template and you're all set!

You can print invoices and packing slips with branding unique to each store. This means you can have a different company logo and address for every store. Link a brand to a store and Veeqo will use its details when printing the documents.

Scan product barcodes while packing to verify you're shipping the right products to your customer. You can also use the pack screen with a mouse by clicking - or + on the quantity value to confirm you've packed the right quantity. 

Add weights to orders using scales in one-click. Just connect your scales to Veeqo, click the scales icon, and the weight recorded on the scales will be added to the order. 

We've made it easier to print a 4x6 packing slip at the same time as shipping your orders. Whether you purchase labels one at a time or in bulk, you can print the 4x6 packing slip along with your labels. Just click the dropdown next to Buy Label and select Buy Label + Print Documents.
