How to setup a Walmart channel in Veeqo?
Our integration with Amazon Sweden is going into Open Beta.
To enable it, log into Veeqo app and go to Settings > Stores and create a new Amazon sales channel.
You will see Sweden in the Marketplace List.
To help make the Picking Dashboard more easier to understand we have renamed "Backlog" to "at the start of the working day". This number shows the total number of products that were needing to be picked. It includes any products that were still not picked from the previous day
For more information on using the Picking Dashboard check out This Helpguide.
Choose to export only specific product variants on the Inventory Page, instead of waiting for your entire product catalog to be downloaded. Because the file size is smaller, your export will also be ready much faster.
There are several export options:
This feature is available on the new Inventory Page, which we’re currently hard at work building. If you’re interested in participating in the beta, please click here.
Bulk creating shipping labels will now be faster and substantially faster if your orders contain multiple products and bundle products.
We have moved calculating inventory qty levels to be asynchronous when shipping to enable this speed boost, which means it might take a few seconds to the inventory move from "committed" to "actual" but this will not impact your available inventory levels.
If you create a partial refund for an order on Shopify and ship it later on Veeqo, it won’t update a status on Shopify, which might lead for an order to be missed. You will now receive a notification from Veeqo in such cases that will remind you to visit Shopify and close an order there.
Veeqo already supports many shipping carriers, but sometimes you still may need to ship some orders using an unsupported carrier. With the new Shipping API you can use your own development team to integrate any of your additional carriers into Veeqo.
The Shipping API is currently only available to those on the Enterprise Plan or for partners developing integrations for the Veeqo Appstore. If you have a development team ready to build a shipping integration for you please fill out This Form to join our Shipping API Beta.
For more information check out the Help Guide.
Veeqo allowed you to ship using Royal Mails service "INTL BUS PARCELS TRACKED COUNTRY PRICED" without setting a weight. This would result in Royal Mail having to update your Royal Mail invoices to be charged correctly.
To avoid issues with billing Veeqo will prevent you from shipping without setting a weight.
For more information on Royal Mail check out This Guide
By default, Veeqo now assumes retailers will ship goods allocated from the same warehouse in the same package.
Inventory will now automatically be added to one allocation per warehouse. This enables you to ship all goods in one package without the manual effort of changing allocations.
For some carriers you can ship multiple parcels to the same customer for a cheaper rate than creating individual shipments.
For those who are already on the Saved Packages beta we are starting to role out the option to create these multi-piece shipments.
You'll be able to choose from any of the carrier or custom packages you have saved, or enter custom dimensions and weights for each additional package.
