Return/Refund Reasons
When creating a Return/Refund you can select a specific reason for the request. This is useful to quickly understand why a return/refund is being processed.
You can choose from the following options:
- Buyers remorse
- Checkout error
- Faulty/damaged
- Item missing
- Item not as described
- Late delivery
- Lost in transit
- Other
- Returned by carrier
- Wrong colour
- Wrong Item received
- Wrong size
