We've added a new way to pay for your shipping labels. Now you can use your Seller Central balance in Veeqo.

What's new:

• Added Amazon Seller Central balance as a payment method for all shipping labels.
• Flexibility to switch payment methods anytime.
• Available for both Amazon and non-Amazon orders.
• Earn up to 5% back on eligible shipments, no matter how you pay.

How to access:

 Go to Settings > Billing & Payments > Select "Seller Central Balance" > Save changes.

We have introduced in-app sounds for barcode scanning to make your picking and packing workflows even smoother.

What’s new:

•  In-app scan sound: Hear a confirmation beep every time a barcode is scanned, ideal for sellers using USB scanners that don’t emit sounds. 
• Smart scan feedback: Distinct audio cues for successful scans vs. wrong item/scan failure alerts.
•  Improved scan-to-pack experience: Combine this with the Scan to Pack workflow to verify items as you pack orders, reducing errors.

How to enable:

1. Navigate to Settings → Printers, Scales & Scanners→Scanners
2. Toggle In-app sounds for USB Scanner Sounds to ON

Make sure Scan to Pack is enabled under Settings → General to get the full benefit.

Now you can see delivery dates for your sales channels right in Veeqo, including eBay, Walmart, and Shopify orders, just like your Amazon ones. Veeqo will then automatically select the best shipping label to meet each promise, helping you stay compliant with delivery targets.
