Shopify HS code and country of origin now in Veeqo

Our integration with Shopify now allows you to import product HS code and country of origin

Once your Shopify product is linked to a Veeqo product, we will pull down HS code and country of origin for it. 

To enable it, please visit "Advanced Settings" of your Shopify channel and enable “Import HS code and country of origin details” setting. After that details will appear in "Product Info" tab on product page and can be used for further actions. 



Brand New Redesign

What’s changed? The new interface will make it much easier for you to use Veeqo and will affect how pages within Veeqo will look. But don’t fear, it’s still the same Veeqo you know and love and you’ll still be able to use the platform in the same way you currently do.

Upcoming changes to Shopify customer notes importing to Veeqo

Please note that on Tuesday March 23rd Veeqo will perform changes to the way we import order customer notes from Shopify:

  • Customer notes from Shopify will be pulled to Veeqo customer notes, instead of old way where it would appear in internal notes in Veeqo. 

Please adjust your usual workflow according above changes.

Please note that in upcoming weeks Veeqo will perform changes to the way we import order customer notes from Shopify:

  • Customer notes from Shopify will be pulled to Veeqo customer notes, instead of old flow where it would appear in internal notes in Veeqo. 

We will inform you several days before changes go live, so you have time to adjust your workflow. 

Unable To Create New Manual Orders

For some users that signed up to the Free Trial from the Shopify App Store they were unable to save new direct orders in Veeqo. This was a result of some minor changes that were required to make it easier to setup Veeqo directly from the Shopify App Store.

If you have a Veeqo account that was created by the Shopify App Store you will now be able to create your new direct orders.

Automatically Close Actions Menu

After performing an action on a set of orders the menu would not automatically close. This resulted in an unnecessary click every time you wanted to work on your next set of orders.


This is no longer required as the menu will automatically hide once you have performed an action such as Print, Ship, Export etc
