Unable To Create New Manual Orders

For some users that signed up to the Free Trial from the Shopify App Store they were unable to save new direct orders in Veeqo. This was a result of some minor changes that were required to make it easier to setup Veeqo directly from the Shopify App Store.

If you have a Veeqo account that was created by the Shopify App Store you will now be able to create your new direct orders.

For more information on how to create new orders directly in Veeqo check out this guide.

Automatically Close Actions Menu

After performing an action on a set of orders the menu would not automatically close. This resulted in an unnecessary click every time you wanted to work on your next set of orders.

This is no longer required as the menu will automatically hide once you have performed an action such as Print, Ship, Export etc

Re-Shipping Without Any Items

With the Re-Ship feature you can quickly set how many of each items you need to re-ship to a customer. The feature made it possible to create a re-shipment without any items. This caused some orders to stay in Ready To Ship and would need a member of the support team to remove the allocation.

Now an error is shown to prevent these accidental re-shipments being made

Please make sure your warehouse details match both on Amazon & Veeqo before January 1st to avoid duplicate addresses created on your Amazon account.

Mandatory fields to match:

  • Name
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • City
  • State/Region
  • Post/zip code
  • Country code
  • Phone number

Ship Wholesale Orders Without Phone Numbers

Some carriers require a phone number before they will generate a shipping label. Many wholesale orders don't have a specific phone number for the delivery address. In these cases we will now use the contact customers phone number. This means you will now be able to create your shipping labels for these orders without having to edit the delivery address first.

Default Warehouse When Shipping

When shipping an individual order that has some products allocated to more than one warehouse it can cause confusion at the packing station. Sometimes packers who are in a rush accidentally ship the items for the wrong warehouse, or they have to slow down and double check every order before shipping

Now when you go to ship an order the users Default Warehouse for that order will load first. Meaning your packers can work fast with the confidence that they are shipping the right part of the order.

To set the default warehouse for your users go to Settings>Users. Edit the user and choose the warehouse from the Default Warehouse option.

Currency Mismatch On DHL Shipments

When creating international shipments the currency displayed on the Customs documentation and the shipping label did not match. This causes some shipments to be slightly delayed when being checked by customs.

The order currency is used on both the printed customs documents and shipping labels.
